Testimonials
and Success Stories
There's nothing I
like better than hearing the success stories of people using
my programs and sharing them with you! I simply provide the
knowledge and the framework...it's the people who are using
the program putting in all the hard work to get the job done!
Nick,
Just thought I'd
let you know that I finished the first 4 weeks and did my 1
rep max for bench yesterday. I'm not sure exactly where I was
when I started but I'd say between 200 & 215. When I did
it yesterday, I maxed out at 245 which is quite an improvement
over what I was thinking. I was hoping for 250 by xmas. I wanted
to max out on squats as well but decided to put in a quick workout,
I was doing reps of 8 with 315 which is much more than I thought
I'd be doing.
As for putting on
the weight, I'm +4-5 pounds depending on the day and still working
on putting on some more weight.
Thanks again for
your help,

"I am finishing
up the first cycle of the Mad Scientist Program. My lifts have
gone up quite a lot... +50 lbs for deadlift & squat, +25
lbs for military press, +20 for bench.
During the first
week of low-rep strength training portion, I was fairly stunned
to be using my former 1 rep maxes as warmup sets for the deadlift
and squat!
I'd definitely recommend
the program. It's tough but it works."

Nick,
Just wanted to say
hello and mention that i am pleased with your program so far,
feels very different, just about to go into week 2 of T/V. I
write programs all the time being a strength coach and its been
really refreshing to see an angle (that I would see as a different
take on German volume trianing) that can be used in different
situations and really adapted to people in not an ideal training
environment and that might have issues, plus the guy needing
something different (my bracket).
I find that my muscles
feel very FULL, like always more blood in them so I'm interested
to see how I feel after the 3rd week.
